I learned that safety in vehicles is important because if you don't obey driving rules, you might end up with injuries or even death. From my classmates I learned that the inertia, friction and Newtons laws of physics can be hazardous while moving. Also, seat-belts and proper gear is very required in order to stay safe. I think that it is really important to understand physics in accidents, so that you know what caused the accident. For example, if you find out that friction caused the accident, you will probably guess that the accident was caused by wet or icy road. If in a car crash, a passenger's head was cracked back, you would guess that maybe the air-bag hit the person and inertia hit the person it caused the head to make a head-twist backwards. This is why it is important to know physics in accidents, to know how the accident happened.
